How do I know how many minutes I need each month?

Most creators start by estimating the total length of their monthly uploads. For example, four 45-minute videos would fall just under a 200-minute plan.

If your upload lengths vary, monthly plans allow flexibility within the minute cap. Per-minute pricing is also available if your schedule is inconsistent.

What’s the difference between Tier 2 and Tier 3?

Tier 2 focuses on accurate, human-edited captions for video platforms. Tier 3 includes everything in Tier 2 plus clean transcripts formatted for reading and reuse.

Creators often start with Tier 2 and upgrade to Tier 3 when transcripts become useful for websites, memberships, or other platforms.

Can I add transcripts later?

Yes. Tier 2 includes an optional monthly transcript add-on, and transcripts can also be ordered per minute.

You don’t need to commit to transcripts unless and until they’re useful for your workflow.

What does “per-minute / trial pricing” mean?

Per-minute pricing allows you to use captioning or transcription services without a monthly commitment.

This option works well for trial projects, irregular upload schedules, and one-off or occasional needs. Many creators use per-minute services first, then move into a monthly plan once their schedule stabilizes.

What is your turnaround time?

Captioning follows structured turnaround windows designed to maintain accuracy and accessibility.

Rush captioning is not offered. Transcript-only rush options may be available upon request.

How do we work together once I sign up?

Most clients provide a YouTube link or uploaded video files. Captions are delivered as SRT or VTT files.

Clients may upload captions themselves or request limited access for direct upload. Details are confirmed during onboarding.

Do monthly minutes roll over?

No. Monthly minutes reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Your plan reserves production capacity whether or not all minutes are used.

What happens if I go over my monthly minute cap?

Additional minutes are billed at a reduced per-minute rate and added to your monthly invoice.

How does payment work?

Monthly plans are billed in full at the start of each billing cycle. Per-minute services are billed before work begins.

This ensures consistent scheduling and production capacity.

What file formats do you provide?

Captions are delivered as SRT or VTT files. Transcripts are delivered as DOCX and PDF.

Do you remove filler words and stutters?

Filler words and stutters are removed where appropriate for readability.

Captions remain faithful to spoken meaning, while transcripts may be lightly edited for clarity.
